At Avenue Realty, we pride ourselves on helping not only our clients, but our community.
Our founder and broker, Sara Schulman, is an active member of the Minnetonka School community. She is a past President of the Groveland Elementary PTA, has served on multiple other committees, and boards for the PTA. Sara has donated countless hours to classroom activities, fundraisers and other school activities. Sara also enjoys volunteering and working with senior citizens, whether it is art projects, listening to stories or just providing a friendly face. Sara’s three children are all active in the community events and play any sport they can each and every season - both her and Josh donate their time as coaches, team managers or raving fans!
Our other founder and broker, Jessica Freeland, loves giving her time and resources to her Rockford community. Donating to the Rockford Educational Foundation, collecting auction items, attending their annual Gala, upgrading sports equipment to the Rockford Area Athletic Association, volunteering in classroom activities, and cheering on countless sporting events. Her 10-year-old son is active in the community playing basketball, football and baseball.
The other non-profit organization near and dear to Sara and Jessica’s heart is Living Well. Living Well is a fabulous organization that provides exceptional services that transform the lives of people impacted by disabilities. Jessica’s uncle, Dennis, has been a Living Well resident for 20 years. Because of Living Well, he is able to live a full and rich life.
Selling real estate is our priority, but giving back to our community is equally as important to us at AR!
