Founded in 2007 by Jessica Freeland and Sara Schulman,

Avenue Realty is a boutique, full-service, women-owned, and women-run Minnesota real estate company.

Jessica and Sara both graduated from the University of Minnesota and have over four decades of combined real estate experience. As a team, they have helped their clients buy and sell hundreds of millions of dollars of Twin Cities real estate. Jessica and Sara were named “2021 Super Real Estate Agents” by Minneapolis/St. Paul Magazine & Twin Cities Business.
